A funny thing happened last weekend at the Canine Carnival, the benefit for Bob’s House for Dogs in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Vendors were asked to donate a prize for the raffle, so we donated a beautiful little crystal, bone-shaped dog collar charm. (Note: the charm, by Diva Dog, is 1 inch wide.)

I am not sure why, but in entering for some of the other raffle prizes, my “employee” threw a ticket in our own basket. What are the odds? She won!
