Taxes
No taxes are applied to any purchases made at the Go Fetch Gifts web site, except for those made by residents of the state of Ohio. Ohio residents must pay 6.5% tax.

Shipping
Most of our items ship from Ohio, but some items are shipped from associate warehouses. Orders containing multiple items may not ship all together.

Most items are shipped via UPS Ground, but other methods might be used from time to time at our discretion. Except for personalized and customizable products, orders are generally shipped within 2 business days and can take 2-10 business days for delivery within the continental U.S. from the time that we ship. We must require you to provide a physical street address as our carriers generally cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.

We offer Flat $4.99 Shipping to the 48 continental United States only. If you live outside of this area, please contact us prior to making a purchase for shipping information and quotes. Please note that you are responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc., which result from shipping outside of the USA.

Product Descriptions and Images
The Website attempts to display Product images and to describe the Products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that such Product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, or that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using. If a Product offered by Go Fetch Gifts is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in its new, unused condition.

Secure Shopping
All credit card numbers & other personal information is encrypted using powerful, industry standard practices. All Go Fetch Gifts transactions have 128-bit or higher encryption for maximum security. We have appropriate security measures in place online to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

Returns

  • If you want to inquire about returning an item, you must contact us in advance to get instructions and possibly a Return Authorization number. This request must be made within 48 hours of receipt of item.
  • NO Returns or Exchanges on any bedding, opened compact discs or Ergo products. If you wish to return an Ergo product, please contact the manufacturer directly at 888-374-6797. They also handle warranty issues.
  • Personalized items are not returnable and no credit will be issued unless damaged or name/wording does not match that given upon ordering. Custom made products could incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • All other items must be returned in original packaging and clean, resalable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items damaged in shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of item. It is the buyer’s responsibility to open items received in a timely manner and inspect for errors and damage.
  • If you receive an incorrect order, product will be replaced at no charge.
  • Please note that our manufacturers all have their own rules and these rules can vary on a case-by-case basis. This is why it is important that you report any problems to us in a timely manner so that we have time to process your complaint on time.
